Technician repaired a “leaking pipe” after hours and charged $400 for the service call. My daughter raised a concern about the water heater running after water was turned back on and a lot of excess water was running out of the pressure release valve. Technician claimed this was normal and it would stop eventually and left. Daughter called him an hour later and water was still running out of the valve. His reply was go a purchase a cap and put on it!, and I live on the other… See more

Very disappointed in Mr Rooter. Having an issue for 2 years and they were first to assess (did nothing). Two years later, intermittently dealing with the same issue and they were requested to run a camera to see if there was a broken pipe. They made me pay on the spot(over $450, for 2 hour minimum, that took 30 minutes), never gave me an estimate (and it was requested) or take any responsibility for missing the problem….just complaining how nasty the job was (really?!…it’s a sewer!).

I will NEVER use this company again! Not only are they one of the higher priced plumbers, they also don’t stand behind their work. I paid $1700 for a new hot water heater installed. Then a few weeks later I notice a leak. From the pipes they had just worked on. So I called them up to come fix it and they charge me another $500 to fix the leak that they caused!!!! Outrageous!!! This is how they take care of Veterans and their community then I want no part of it and want to wa… See more

Very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable plumbers. I recently had a leak with my water heater with water spraying /dripping inside my garage. I called Mr Rooter of Bowling Green and they walked me through what I could do to control the issue till they could get to me. They arrived as soon as they could and did an excellent job in solving our water heater issue in a very timely manner. This is a great company for any plumbing concerns that you might have. Give them a call, you will not regret it. Thanks again Mr. Rooter of... read more

I wish I could rate them lower. I called to see how much rooting a drain would be. They didn't want to price it over the phone. I assumed probable 100-150 dollars (as probably a 20-30 minute job. They came to the house told us the service started at approximately 450 dollars to root it, 900 dollars to replace the pipe (It's PVC not Silver) and more to "Jet it". We declined - still had to pay a 70 dollar service fee for a conversation that took ~1 minute in our kitchen (and could have easily been had over the phone). They bas... read more

I️ wouldn’t recommend Mr.Rooter to anyone! Came out to my house and gave me a 1,200 quote to unclog a pipe! The plumber gave me the quote on the top of his head with out touching anything, I️ laughed at the plumber told him to leave! Called Millard Martin plumbing services which came out that same day and unclogged my pipe for under 400 dollars! If your looking for a honest plumbing company with fair rates your looking at the wrong company with Mr. Rooters
