I had Mr. Roof come out to my house yesterday 08/25/2023 to do a complete tear off and start fresh because of a bow I had in my roof the workers got here early in the morning around 7 no logos no one that spoke English so I could not speak to them. They got here put a ladder up and started ripping off my old roof. Later in the morning a lady came knocking on my door to tell me that they are not going to rip the old decking boards off because they were still good but they still put new boards on top of the old don’t understan... read more
Did high quality work, on time and completed project in one day.
I had an out of warranty problem that was fixed by project managers Joey Herron and Lonnie R*****. They quickly saw the problem I was having and repaired with the utmost professionalism. I’m very pleased with Mr. Roof and look forward to hiring their company at my next need. ??????????
*** from Mr. Roof did a great job educating us (condo assoc) on roof material. After getting quotes from 3 other companies we decided Mr. Roof was the company to do 4 new roofs in our complex. We were very happy with the communication and hard work of Mr. Roof. The roofs look great and no complaints from any of the co-owners. Would highly recommend.

They arrived early answered my questions and did an excellent job very friendly and courteous,they went above and beyond my expectations and the associate that came out and did my estimate didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Overall I am very satisfied with the experience

Excellent service and response. Their installation crew was professional and worked diligently. The installers communicated very well with us so we had the proper experience. The sales person was very accurate and Mr Roof met all of the promises and representations of the sales person. Very knowledgeable and helpful without high pressure technique.
