The crew that came to our house was amazing! They showed up & went right to work. They took time to move the few things in the yard that I had forgot about as well as cover all plant’s & anything that might get damaged. They were fast, did an excellent job & were in & out in 1 day as promised. They did the cleanup with a magnet to insure no leftover nails in the yard. We were affected by the windstorm in Louisville on March 3rd which blew the roof off our detached garage. We filed our homeowners insurance claim and were told by our project consultant (James) that he would represent us in dealing with the insurance company to get repairs done. He was adamant that we needed building cod coverage to get this done which is false per our insurance company. Hi Sebastian, I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. Unfortunately, your insurance policy does not provide coverage for building code upgrades. The current structure may have been within building code requirements at the time of install, but it doesn’t meet current requirements, nor does it meet the requirements of the material manufacturer. The estimate we provided was for a roofing system that would meet current code requirements.
While Mr Roof was tearing shingles off my roof, they noticed all of the decking was rotted because of lack of ventilation. I then asked them to replace all the decking and they still completed the full job in a day. They also discovered a leak entry point and did the repair. The team did a great job with the installation and clean up. Their sales Rep was very good explaining all the different options and wasn’t pushy allowing me to take a few weeks to make my decision. Would not recommend. They take advantage of women. Used them for siding and it came out terrible. Now I have to pay another company to fix it.

I’ve heard of Mr. Roof in the past, I’ve seen their trucks, yard signs and crews. I’ve never heard anything negative about the company or workmanship. I used to roof, but being older and less active my 2 layer tear off was out of my league and I don’t have the time to do it myself. My friend recommended Mr. Roof so I had them come give me an estimate. More reasonable than I had expected. They came a couple days prior and removed the snow and ice off the roof. I hired Able Roof in August 2022 based on a recommendation from my parents who had their entire roof and gutters replaced by Able Roof. They had a great experience and highly recommended the company. I hired Able to replace two gutters with 6-inch gutters, two downspouts, one piece of fascia, and a 7 foot piece of soffit on the backside of my house.
