I recently visited Mr. P's on a busy Saturday evening and had the pleasure of interacting with the owner, @alex crowder. Let me say that his customer service was exemplary. During our interaction, he was attentive, funny and very helpful. His focus is truly the customer and it was quite refreshing. Mr. Alex will definitely take care of you as he understands the concept of repeat customers. Next time you want whole wings, give Mr. P's a try. You will definitely come back for more.

I hadn’t order from them in years and now I remember why. I place a order from a very nice young lady. I wasn’t aware they didn’t give a roll with the meal. They asked me carrots or celery but I got what they wanted me to have. My season wings had no season just fried and my honey gold had no season either. I had half of then fried so hard that I had no meat. I guess I just gave a business $21 for good customer services because it was not for a good meal.
My experience unfortunately was horrible. The young lady who took my order wasn’t rude. However, my food was wrong three times! On top of my food being wrong the presentation was disgusting. They gave me this nasty bag with sauce all over it and the wing box have torn. I said something about it and then they asked did it want a new bag(um what do you think?).
