This is a JOKE! I am sitting here watching these guys vacuum and clean the inside of 2 cars who were AFTER me... they keep looking at me knowing im waiting... this is my first time here and my LAST
Mr. pride attempted to charge me an extra eight dollars above the posted price "because your car is an SUV." Apparently, they decided I have an SUV because it's a hatchback. I have a Honda Fit. There is hardly a more compact car out there. Fortunately, price negotiation came prior to service. I am taking my business elsewhere. From now on.
So disappointed.. Windows still dirty and the floors not completely vacuumed from front to back.. Attendant didn't care..$20 wasted!!...bring back the old Mr Pride ..New Version not working out .. I could have self cleaned myself and did a better job!
Since their renovation of the Union Avenue location a couple years ago, I like it a lot more. The $5.00 wash completely cleans my car's exterior every time. Better than paying more for the same wash elsewhere. The free use of vacuums come in handy too.
I have to tell you, I haven't been to Mr. Pride in a while. Today was exceptional. I think this is the cleanest my car has ever been! Thanks!
