Had to go thru the car wash twice. They don’t get the bugs off. They were turning people away because they only had 2 ppl working. The place is falling apart. There’s mold, mildew and other green plants growing on the soft cloth and various moving pieces in the car wash tunnel. Half the sprinklers didn’t work so I’m sure I didn’t get the spot free rinse. It took about 45 mins just to get it done.
Paid $34... the outside looked great, and when I got inside the o key thing they had done was clean the cup holders. The seat and back floor were not vacuumed, and the dashboard had armour all on it but was not clean.

Filed a formal complaint about the Poplar location.... Ridiculous!
No more getting my car cleaned at Mr. Pride. I cleared out my trunk and specifically told the lady that I need my trunk cleaned too and guess what they specifically did not clean? The trunk. Also the cup holders and other such spots were all left as it is. Shoddy service. I will take my business elsewhere.
