After reading these and similar reviews, I thought I'd give Mr. Plumber a call after noticing a clog at an older house we recently bought. The plumber came out as scheduled and proceeded to remove the clog as promised(all though it was $193 as he had to go on the roof). Fair enough. There was a second pipe that we mentioned wasn't draining great so they said they could snake it(for $93) and if it didn't help, there'd be no charge. Great! or so we thought. Had a clog in the main sewer main that took all of my business bathrooms offline. Called Mr. Plumber. They called me no less than 4 times to let me know they were working on getting a plumber to me. They sent Elliott out before 6 pm. He cleared the clog. And again, made sure he cleared the clog. Charged me $93, thanked me for my business and was out the door in less than an hour and gave me a 30 day warranty if the clog happened again. We had a terrible sewage clog that backed up into lower tub and toilet. Tried using stuff from Home Depot to unclog, but nothing worked. Heard about Mr. Plumber's $93 "Clear Any Drain or it's Free" deal. Andy, from Mr. Plumber, came on a Sunday afternoon and cleared our drain. He also pulled up the toilet and replaced the wax ring. I use Mr.plummer who came and cleared the drain. In my mind they are the best. Their tech’s were prompt and my grand kids says cool.

Great! – Wow! What a couple of days! I am sure no one wants to have issues with plumbing. I would like to let ya'll know how GREAT Bill, Ken, and Jimmy from Mr. Plumber were during my stressful time! They care about the customer (homeowner) in my opinion beyond what would be expected by anyone! They answered questions and explained things so I could understand ETC. I could go on and on again...

Very Pleased – Matlock did a great job and handled the digging equipment very will. Floyd was his helper and he also did a fine job.
