They replaced a 1" PVC hose bib that was ground level with a 1/2" pex hose bib that is now 12" above ground level. I had the PVC, my own hose spigot, just needed to use a PVC connection. Parts $125 labor $175 for less than $30 in parts & 30 minutes of work. Two other plumbers have said that the parts are a markup of over 80% and labor should be around $100 to $125 as the city had turned off the water at the street before they arrived.
