I will never go back, my car was given to me still dirty. I had to point it out and ask them to re-wipe it, the interior dash was dusty, garbage in the exact same spot it was when I gave it to them, mats were thrown in after vacuuming, and dirty hand marks on the passenger side (that I didn't walk around) ... Will not go back. I paid $25!!!!

I have been a longtime customer of the Stockton Hammer Lane location, well Zoom Car Wash has decided to raise their prices. This is an insult to the customers, with higher prices you would expect better service. My car is not cleaner and is washed the same as it was prior to the price increase, so where is the added value in the higher prices. There isn't, so in closing there are plenty of other car wash places in Stockton that provide the same service at half the price. Companies that price themselves out of a market end up... read more
I have a black sports car and Zoom is the only one who doesn't put swirls in the car when washing. Have only had good experience and wonderful car washes. Love them.
