I have had great service there for years. What astounds me are the people that point out every little speck that didn't get removed. Hey, if you want your car detailed take it to a detail shop and pay for what you expect.
This visit was the first time I had my car waxed and they did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the quality of work they did on my car and they were finished ahead of schedule too.

Was at the Quail Lakes location this morning. Had to have them re-vacuum the back or should I say vacuum. Asked to wipe off the back seat as it was still dirty(leather). The employee told me that was extra, really because I just paid $31.99. Went and talked to the manager and he said yes to wipe things down it would be $5 more. He offered to have someone do it this time but is not part of the $31.99 package, which is called a "wipe down" I declined, I only want what I pay for and nothing more. I went to get a regular wash as usual, and that's all theyyy did . No vacuum, I questioned it and was told that's all I get, when I have always got a wash and vac. Will not go back , they suck.
