Made an appointment for my 1 ton truck to get a gold detail and the guy quoted me $600 when their website says starts at $350. If there is that big of a discrepancy in the pricing they should have a truck price listed. Wasted an hour of my time.
Very fast and great service
The only reason I ever return to this car wash (Quail Lakes location) is because of the free car wash vouchers I receive from Toyota Town when I get my routine maintenance. Even then I still end up paying $12 for them to clean/vacuum the inside of my car. Today’s experience was the last straw for me! Granted, I’ve waited very long and my car was in pretty poor shape, but when a place charges upwards of $25 for a simple interior/exterior wash & dry I DO expect my dashboard to be wiped clean! My 1st Time, I decided to pay 4 a month. After giving my Credit Card, She tells me the price when up $5.00 more dollars! I say ok..Then she says sign here..So next Month & Every Month Afterwards they would automatically deduct my money from Bank! I only Came 2 Try it Out 4 a month I said, They tried 2 force me to sign, I asked for a Manager. She said No! They just hose my car. Poor services Have to complain to the manager to re do the cleaning 😡😡😡😡
I came back after a wash and was being unnecessarily picky. Manager was great and super respectful.
This place is alright. The rims on my Honda Accord turned out fabulous, however they can pay more attention to "detail" inside. I have leather and ended up using my own cleaner on my passenger seat. It was a quick clean up that should've been done.
Been going there since they opened. Great customer service, very friendly employees and great service. My car always comes out shining 😊
