I have been in there a couple times. Mr Parcel has a voice for radio, and more energy than a college triathlete!
When I thought I lost hope with snailmail, but y'all brought it back. This is the only place I will mail. They're SUPER helpful! When you want the best price and option, you'll get it and they will show you all of the options. Keep up the best customer service in Dallas!

SUPERIOR customer service and great competitive pricing. If you hate going to the post office, you will LOVE Mr. Parcel. Owner Terry is very hands-on. He knows all his customers and treats us like friends. One day I was in a jam and needed to ship a large box while I was running out the door to catch a flight.
