Visited Mr Lube on Sunday Dec 7th because my tire kept deflating and needed someone to inspect it. After driving in, they inspected it and found a nail in there (photo that the technician took is attached). He showed me this and said that because the nail is in my tire at an angle, it cannot be repaired and I should purchase new ones. They said they had a deal going on and could install them right there. Hands down the best customer service. Great group of guys that work here. A year ago I got new tires and an oil change there. Today I stopped in to get my oil checked and tire pressure checked for no cost. They also topped up my oil and washer fluid for no cost. Maksym one of the employees there also brought to my attention a few problems my vehicle is having. I always leave feeling super taken care of. Great place .
Went a few days ago; really chill crew, very little in terms of aggressive upselling, which I’ve encountered in many other places. Things were offered, but I never felt pushed, which was a really nice change of pace. Had my oil and air filter changed, was there and done in less than 15 minutes, and my car was thanking me for it immediately. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a low pressure, quick oil change!
