Great experience
I've now been to the Henderson Mr.Lube location twice. And both times the technicians tried to scam me into extra services. The most recent visit I went in to have my tires balanced. The tech started by asking me if I was sure I just wanted to have them balanced and, told me that my tires were no longer good and that could cause the issue I was having. When I said "I just wanted my tires balanced", they replied with that my tires were at a "6" then stuttered and said they were at a "4". And again asked if I was sure about th... read more
Hello all! If your reading this then don’t ever go to Mr.Lube for any reason, today I mistakenly took my car there to get my tire changed, after all was said and done it was 86$ in total( just for a tire change / balance ) and on top of that they ended up dropping my car on lift which cause my sway link to snap. I swear on my grave l will never step foot into another Mr.Lube after today hopefully you all take my advice…. Disappointed
