Went for an oil change at the new Henderson Highway location. I told them I only wanted an oil change. After several attempts to upsell me, I told them anything other than the oil change, I would get done by my brother at a discounted price. The man replies to me: “then you can get oil changes there for discounted price too” - basically telling me not to come back…. Very rude response after paying $120 for an oil change. Will not return.
Had the best experience at Mr. Lube! Pushkal was amazing, super helpful, professional, and really went the extra mile. I just dropped by randomly on a busy day, and he still managed to get my tires changed right away with no wait time. He even helped me get a great discount! The service was quick, smooth, and perfectly fit my busy schedule. Great guy and a great salesman, and the rest of the staff was very nice as well, I’ll definitely be coming back to them in the future!
