Been coming to this location predominantly for 10yrs. The service was always fantastic. Came in this weekend. Very disappointed. Just not up to my past experiences. Up sales pushed & standard inspections ignored. Tire pressure, other fluid levels, lights, ignored. It felt retaliatory for not purchasing up sales. Poor communication. This is not what I’ve experienced historically.
