Have had a rattle under my car after an oil change at this location , I took it back and told them it seems to me that the splash guard is loose , they tried to brush me off and eventually had me drive over the pit and they will look at it , i was barely in there for ten seconds and he told me it was tight and did so with a smug look on his face .
