Went for my regular oil change, and all was good, they do try to sell you so much extra. A week later I'm on the highway and my car starts to make so much noise. I started to freak out. The plate on the bottom of my car was loose. I got a quick fix and called them. I went in and they brushed it off, within 2 min the guy said okay all is good. I said I'd like to know what happened, I don't know if this is not a big deal for them or because I'm a woman. I'm not sure i feel comfortable with that.
