Zafri, Aidan and Connor were great helps! 5 star service for sure!
They cracked my transmission casing and broke 5 bolts that I had to pay to have removed by a proper mechanic. And they are refusing to pay for the damage caused, lying about it and finding excuses to pretend it wasn't their fault. Avoid if you care about work done properly and accountability.
Was just in today. Right from the start, friendly staff, positive, informed me of issues without pushy sales. I own a HVAC company and understand how important staff and quality job is. Zaffri and the other guys nailed it today. Thanks Mr Lube.
Great guys
Had some vehicle trouble when passing through Kamloops on July 15th. Went to this location as it was close and open in the evening. The staff was great, Robert (manager) was phenomenal and helped us immensely. We made it home to Northern Alberta the next day with zero issues. High Five to Robert and crew!!
