Mr.Ingram made a house call today an fixed my problem I had with a lost Administrator password that was driving me crazy. Mr. Ingram zoomed through the problem and cleared other smaller problems too. Service and prices were excellent!
Mr Ingram fixed my computer in a short period of time. I highly recommend him! Very polite and excellent service!
So cool to find this quaint computer repair shop in Locust. Even better to find a knowledgeable and honest young businessman who had me fixed and on my way in a few mins. I will buy my next computer from Mr. Ingram's. Best part? Definately his greeter, Bruce Wayne.
Excellent service and in my opinion doesn't charge enough for what he is doing. He replaced the hard drive in my laptop and then took the time to make sure everything was running correctly. He even lubed the fan so it would run quiet and only charged for the work on the hard drive. Very knowledgeable and has advised me on other issues over the phone. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for computer help.
I went to the shop in Mint Hill and was pleasantly surprised that I found this place. A true honest computer shop that does not charge you an arm and a leg to fix your system. Will do business with again and recommend you do to. Thanks again Mr. Ingram.

My Mac all of a sudden stopped booting up, and as a teacher, I freaked! They were able to fix it in less than 24 hours, including recovering files that I thought would be gone for good! Very prompt, professional, and helpful!

My home desktop began suffering from the blue screen of death. It had been getting slow, so I knew it was time to get a replacement anyway. Mr. Ingram custom built me a new tower, making sure to understand my needs so that all were met, but didn't run up the price with un-needed bells and whistles. He was even able to transfer all of my pictures and documents so that nothing was lost!!! My new computer works fantastically! It starts up like a dream and is lightning fast. Mr. Ingram is highly recommended for your next system!
Mr Ingram does excellent work, is very knowledgeable, and is fair and honest. Highly recommend him. I will be using him for all of my computer needs.
