RecommendedThis was the best customer service I have had anywhere recently! He was very patient with my lack of tech knowledge, explaining things to me. He did an excellent job, and was very quick turnaround. Also, I was quite pleasantly surprised at the cost! Very friendly and respectful of Covid protocols (important to me as I am high risk).

I have had a computer repair man that i use for many years but he is a good way to go so i tried Mr.Ingram and found him to be great ...He seems to be honest and very helpful ...and he did a complete clean out on my computer and it did take him a few days as it seem to be some challenge due i am sure to me not knowing how to keep up my computer right ...He did a great job for me and at a reasonable price ..I will be using him again and i do recommend him to others ...and may i say i chose him due to the recommendations on th... read more
