Office Staff My first contact was with an office staff member. The staff member and I discussed the job/project. She made several good recommendations and provided alternatives. Quick response. They came out and told us how they could fix the problem. They made a very small repair. We have not seen them again. Work is still waiting!!
Not a Great Experience The technician - Robert Glover- started off his visit arguing with me that they don’t do estimates when I was expressly told by the receptionist that I would be getting an estimate due to the nature of the issue. He said he would have to call the office and proceeded to listen to the phone call to verify that I wasn’t lying.
