Can no longer recommend. Expensive and a month or two after I had one of the handymen out, another issue. Initially with the bathroom sink aeretor which I ended up finally (and reported to them) solving myself and now secondly, issues with the weatherstripping and surrounding door. I sure do miss Oscar. He knew how to do the work right the first time. Oh well, we had a good run.
Was not gouged on attic ladder replacement. Competent friendly installer. It just is not trivial to install an attic ladder.
