Quality of work was excellant, but the worker was very slow. Likes to talk too much. To complete this project and have an ongoing relationship, I need speedier service. Also, requested a return call and that has not been received.

Was quoted for pwr washing house, driveway, walkway and deck. Guy showed up and announced that I'd been quoted for four hours. He completed 1 3/4 walls of the house and the deck. Left high part of the house unfinished and left ladder scrapes in 2 places. Mr Handyman is not the right choice for pressure washing. Not at all happy. In fairness, Svc Magic usually sends much better people.
Showed up on time as promised and did not deviate from original quote. However, I had to call them back several times to get the work done correctly. They did return each time and fixed what was needed.

They did half of the work in double the time they quoted. They work by the hour and they took their sweet time to jack up the bill. I choose Mr. Handyman of NW Gwinnett because of the rating on this site and when I called, the receptionist was very professional. I even spoke with Jim the owner and I got the feeling that if I hired Mr. Handyman of NW Gwinnett, I was hiring professionals. They are very polite and professional.
