There were several minor repairs that needed to be completed in our townhome including repair of a ceiling. The patch work was terrible if we wanted it to look like it was patched we could have done ourselves and saved the money. He was very nice but talked a lot instead of completing the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend hiring if you do not have any dry wall or ceiling work to be repaired

Sent an experienced (Carpentry, Appliance installation ,Plumbing , and Electrical knowledge) qualified technician. He solved a problem reinstalling/balancing my Dishwasher which other plumbers couldn't resolve over the last 5 years. He fixed the issue in the first 45 minutes and then proceeded to install a new Kitchen Sink faucet . The job was done perfectly and at the original estimate given up front.
