I had a backsplash installed which looks great. The installer told me all the steps and made sure I was pleased with the work. The installer was on time and the work was completed over 3 appointments as I was told. I would use Mr. Handyman for other projects. I recommended them to my daughter for a few small jobs.
Cody is extremely a GOOD guy, very understanding and competent.
Paid $88 for an estimate. Had to chase to get the estimate. It was 4x what other estimates we received were. No one called to explain or follow up. Ghosted after having to pay for the estimate! Do not recommend.
Doug arrived on time but was misinformed about the job at hand and didn’t have the proper tools (a shovel & pick axe) to dig up a broken underground downspout drain. He ran to the store to get the tools and got everything dug up, the pipe replaced/repaired and backfilled. He often checked with me on his progress and did a nice job.
