Exorbitantly expensive service at nearly $140 per hour. Very poor communication and scheduling. Inability to fix the problem they were hired to fix. Avoid unless you want headaches, waste of time, and no service. If only they had the expertise or the ability to provide customer service, then it still may not be worth it at nearly $140 per hour.
