Do what they say they will do when they will do it and at the price they say. No surprise.
We hired Jordan through Mr Handyman and were thrilled with the outstanding job he did refinishing our large wood front door and side lights. Bonus--he's a super nice guy! Also I worked with Pam in the office and she was just excellent. Very professional, super prompt replies, and so easy to work with on this project! Highly recommend Mr.Handyman, and especially Jordan!!
Wasted 3 days waiting on an appt only to have the guy act like he was scared to do a simple repair and tell me to contact Samsung. I already had the replacement part. I'll go with an independent handyman next time who is confident in basic repairs l.

Our customer service rep did explain that we do not advertise appliance repair but would take a look at the refrigerator "water supply housing unit" along with other handyman tasks requested. If we cannot guarantee our work 100%, we would rather recommend a specialist to take care of the task right the first time rather than take a chance on making a costly error!
