Many thanks to Tim for an excellent install of grab bars for our tub/shower. Tim was knowledgeable, friendly and guided us through the selection and placement process with care, listening to our concerns and how the area was used. I called these guys today to help them help me make my mother-in-law's bathrooms safe with grab bars. After filling out a request form to be called, the next day was called by a gentleman. After letting him know I had a handicap walk-in shower that needed some handrails and that I also have a garden tub with steps that I needed to grab bar put beside the tub at the top of two steps he automatically says he doesn't make them. We had an excellent experience with Mr Grab Bar. Our installer was named Tim. He came to the house with a number of samples of different kinds of bars that could be installed. He had white porcelain bars, chrome steel bars, brushed nickel bars, as well as other designer bars that could match almost any decor within a home. He was able to install three bars within 30 minutes. I found him to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job!
