They are rude and they don't call you when they are not going to show up
Don't do it...…..just don't. Nice people but clueless on repairs. Will definitely over charge plus they take forever to get back to you. They did not fix the problem. When I called another company to take a look, they came in and repaired my appliance within 20 minutes and charged less. If I could give a zero to this "company" I would do so.
Guy made a quick $89.00 bucks off of me. Stayed in my home no longer than 10 minute . His recommendation made the situation worse.when I called him back he < very rude and said that he would come back in the morning. Needless to say he never showed up or calle . I ended up fixing the problem myself. I would never hire this company again!
Do not hire! Arrived late! In hindsight we believe this is a scam. The company my husband called is not the company that showed up. Now looking at the invoice, there are three different company names listed. Was hired to assess our refrigerator, however in my opinion he didn't do a detailed assessment. This was the worst service call ever to come home out and not pin point the what's wrong with the product is wrong and it's a scam this place is a scam don't I repeat don't use them
