RecommendedWe recently had Mr. Felix Floors located Powell/Lewis Center install hardwood floors on the first floor of our home. The crew did a great job moving our furniture and installing the floors. They did a great job cleaning up each day before they left. The workmanship was top notch and the crew is professional and worked diligently as a team to finish the floors. We are very impressed with Mr. Felix and the final product and I have included a couple photos of the great room and dining room with the new hard wood floors.

Owner I am specifically responding because of the post critical Mr. Felix Floors. I used Mr. Felix to install oak hardwood in my condo in the Victorian Village area. On the second floor, they had to cut around a wavy wall of glass block. The cuts were so perfect that no trim had to be used. I started with wood floors on the second floor , which is my living/dining/kitchen bath. A few years later I had him install the same oak on the first and third floors. Mr Felix Floor Inc is a Good Choice We recently used Mr. Felix to install hardwood flooring in several rooms. He provided very helpful advice on materials and sourcing which saved $. He and his crew did a great job and we couldn't be happier with the project. I definitely recommend calling Mr. Felix.

I highly recommend NOT hiring Mr. Felix floors to refinish hardwood floors. Although he may bid a little lower than other flooring contractors in central Ohio, you will get what you pay for. His crew rushed through our house, doing a very poor job of sanding the floors and applying polyurethane. The sanding is very uneven and definitely not done correctly. There are several areas in which polyurethane pooled up and was not applied evenly. Please, spend your money elsewhere.
