Everything is explained by the technician up front and work is done thoroughly. Gilbert was the technician sent to fix my issue.
I am highly unsatisfied with this company and horrified at the lack of communication from them. Do not trust this company or any of the people they send out. The two men who finally arrived without calling ahead managed to break off part of the cartridge handle on our shower while looking at what was wrong with it. They claimed that there was nothing they would be able to do about it, but that I could try and fix it before they arrived next time. They did a good job, but I won't use them again because they over charged me.
The service is too expensive for the value.
You have to check on the office people. They dont communicate very well.
Gilbert was our technician, and he was great! He was very friendly and personable. He also showed us the plug that needed to be fixed so we know where to look next time! Thank you again to Gilbert.
