Very responsive, a representative with available that day to complete the work.
The customer service over the phone was excellent. However, the one of the techs dispatched is/was a rude human being, very snarky with smartass comments. If I ever need to call them again I would request a different tech.
The guys arrived when they said they would. Explained what would be done and completed the job within 1 Hour. I would recommend Mr Electric for any of your electric needs

The two young men who came to my condo found the problem immediately and fixed it in no time. They were sociable and professional. If I ever have an electrical problem again I would like these two electricians to come and fix the problem.
