They were prompt and efficient and professional. Mr. Electric's tech, Gilbert was quick and did a great job to our satisfaction.

The work included some investigating to determine the extent of the problem before recommending the corrective action plan. The technician was very knowledgeable and professionally performed the work.
I was charged 150.00 by the Tech & all he utilized was a pair of pliers and cut links from a chain to shorten the light fixture. Then to add salt to injury, David, decided on his own to shorten the second fixture to his own suggestion by the time I knew it he had it done and it was not done to my specifications when asked to cut a few links more , he whined and complained about how expensive it is to "redo"& "recharge."Whatever happen to the customer is always right? Gilbert Galinato was superb in repair and correct some wiring issues and panel box issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issues. He also answered all our questions about the work being performed. Mr. Electric's office staff were also courteous and quickly set up an appointment within 24 hours.
