Technician was really knowledgeable about the work. Technician also took a lot of pride in his work.
Stated that there is a free estimate; then came out and informed me they charge $150 to discover what was causing the electrical problem. I feel this is misleading. They quickly found the problem and took care of the issue at a low cost. I'm satisfied.
Did a good job once he started very slow. Also felt that this company is over priced for the services.
Business response:
We always appreciate comments from our customers so we can serve you better. I will personally look into what took the electrician so long to install 5 ceiling fans. We make it a high priority to make all of our installations safe and up to code. As for pricing we do warranty all of the installations for 1 year. Mr. Electric takes pride in returning and addressing any issues you may encounter within our extended warranty period. If we disappoint someone, we want it to be the last time. Thank you for going through the trouble... read more
Fast, courteous, professional and totally transparent on pricing.
I had a light bulb changed in an 18 foot ceiling. It was expensive due to the use of ladders. I plan to use them again. They were professional and courteous.
Everything went well. A little over priced but we needed the job done, ASAP.Tech wasn't friendly at all. But overall the work got done in timely matter.
They are not honest at all. It was a simple reset button issue for my garage door electric circuit. The outlet outside my entry door is in the same circuit. The guy was lying to my wife and charged $225 for a simple button resetting, which is located at the place we were not aware of. I will never hire them in the future and don't recommend them either.
Business response:

Professional, courteous, on time, same day service. The technician knew how the house was wired and fixed problems others had not done before. They are not the cheapest, but they are GOOD!
