Mr. Drippy was: on time, repaired everything and made sure I was happy with everything before I paid them.
Prompt service, good communication, helpful documentation for insurance, and clean finished job. They made it remarkably painless for a fair price!
We had a leak involving the water line from the meter to our home. Cody, the technician, and Chris, the service manager did an excellent job of explaining what was the problem, the cause of the problem, and the solution to the problem. The work was completed in a timely manner and allowed us to be back in our home within a reasonable time frame.
The Technician assessed the problems quickly and did the repair efficiently.
