Water heater problem fix Noticed there was some water bubbling up from the concrete box in the ground where our water meter is located. Had Albany Water Company come out and they informed us we were leaking at 360 gallons/day because tree roots had lifted the line so it wasn't aligning to the meter properly! We tried to replace the plastic temporary one that was either installed by the previous owners, or by the water company.
