Tony did a good job for us on the new garage door installation last Friday. Quick and everything we operating perfectly!

Another HUGE RAVE for M. R. Door & Randy in Belton. Our garage door opener failed around 4:30 PM, with both my husband and I unable physically to do anything about it. Therefore, I was unable to make it to the pharmacy to get some needed meds .... so that made our situation even more frustrating. Randy made some calls & successfully had a gentleman at our house within the hour to repair the broken garage door spring. Can't thank them enough for a superb, well done job (& it was at the end of their day)!
Another company told me we had to replace the entire garage door because of the repairs it needed. Andy from Mr Door was the only one who even attempted to fix the door. Will call them again any time I need something done on my garage door and when I finally replace my old door. He saved us lots of money not having to replace the door right away giving us more time to save up for the replacement down the road. So grateful for the work that he did to restore the door!!!!!
Called because the spring was broken on garage door, they had to change the spring type and mounting hardware. Came by very quickly, and completed the job in no time. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.

Definitely 'the gold standard' in customer service. Very impressed with how fast they responded to a broken garage door spring call and then to top that off, the level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding from Carrie and Andy. I know who I'll be calling and recommending to all friends and neighbors.
