Randy gave me suggestions on why my device's were not staying programmed to my garage door. Unfortunately it didn't resolve my problem but Tony came out the same day and not only did he get all of my devices programmed to my garage door, including a wireless entry on the outside, he also programmed our vehicles to open the garage door!
