M.R. Door is the only garage company that was willing to talk with me and troubleshoot an issue over the phone with me. Randy gave me suggestions on why my device's were not staying programmed to my garage door. Unfortunately it didn't resolve my problem but Tony came out the same day and not only did he get all of my devices programmed to my garage door, including a wireless entry on the outside, he also programmed our vehicles to open the garage door! Had a new garage door opener installed to BC came out and installed did a great job explained all the functions. Called yesterday for a quote and the final bill was just what was quoted. On time excellent customer service. Would highly recommend MR door
They are fast and friendly. Tony, is an excellent service tech.
Always there when you need them. Day or night weekends. I have known them for almost 20 yrs. You won't find better people, or better businesspeople. They do good work. and don't charge an arm and a leg.
