Added protection to my front bumper (fenders liners etc.) and replaced my ball joint nut. He is very reliable and has great customer service.
I initially contacted Wallace to replace my spark plugs and flush my brake fluids. He was highly professional and quick to respond. When he inspected my SUV, he honestly advised me that those services weren't necessary yet and recommended I wait. As a woman, it can be incredibly difficult to find a mechanic you can truly trust. I am so grateful for Wallace's honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend him to anyone, hands down!
Mr. Wallace did a good job on my car. He did a diagnostic first to be sure what the problem was so I would not have to pay more than I should. He was prompt and careful. Very friendly very respectful and goes straight to work. No complaints over here. Will definitely be calling him again for whatever I need for my car. Thank you Mr Wallace.
