I was very pleased with the plumbing inspection and service that ******** with Mr **** did today. She was very thorough, explained everything, quickly repaired a plumbing issue we had the and provided us detailed quote for a few other things that I had inquired about. I was pleased and would highly recommend.
This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I had a leak and they were unable to find it and then was told to put a fan on the floor and hope the leak stops. It doesnt take common sense to know that wont work. I was charged almost four hundred dollars for bad advice and then had to hire another company to find it. I called and complained about this and the owner said he would give me my money back but when he sent the check it was only for part of the money.
