We had a recurring problem and didnt feel we were getting a resolution. I explained my frustration to senior team member and he not only responded to my email within the hour, he and another senior tech were at the house the very next day. They looked over previous work, made reasonable suggestions and offered to do the work at a discount to make up for not having sufficiently addressed the underlying issues previously. I was very pleased with the plumbing inspection and service that ******** with Mr **** did today. She was very thorough, explained everything, quickly repaired a plumbing issue we had the and provided us detailed quote for a few other things that I had inquired about. I was pleased and would highly recommend.

This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I had a leak and they were unable to find it and then was told to put a fan on the floor and hope the leak stops. It doesnt take common sense to know that wont work. I was charged almost four hundred dollars for bad advice and then had to hire another company to find it. I called and complained about this and the owner said he would give me my money back but when he sent the check it was only for part of the money. ***** and ****** were timely, professional and worked quickly. They recommended the further work I needed, but with no sales pressure. They were very respectful and entered the house with slippers on, which I think is very considerate. 2nd time using Mr ****** and I am not disappointed.
