I called Mr. Dan's about a water heater not working expecting them to add me on their schedule and come to check it out in a few days. Wesley called me just after lunch on the same day and came within a few minutes. He was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions. We agreed that the heater need to be replaced and he told me he could do that the same day knowing that he would have to work very late to get finished. He stayed until 7:00 to finish the job. What was especially impressive was their effort to take care of our house while they did their work. Nothing was damaged or hurt in any way.
