I went to this car wash and my newer vehicle was seriously scraped and scratched. It came out with loose paint still falling off. The Manager Mark tried to tell me that it didn't happen there and refused to help in any way. He was a real jerk. I had to make a claim with my own insurance and pay a deductible. My father routinely used this car wash. After he passed away, my mother began taking her car there. The employee took it through, and upon exiting, my mother noted that the power antenna was up and bent. SHE NEVER TURNED HER RADIO ON-EVER So the clown tells her "maybe you accidently left it up." He makes a note and says she will be contacted with the "decision." So he calls later in the day to tell her that it was likely her fault and they did not feel that they were responsible. I have gone to this place for years. Not always happy with work but I still went back .About 5 years ago I had my favorite scarf stolen and didn't catch it right away until I looked all over for it and remembered the last time I saw it was in the back seat of my car just prior to having my car washed Just recently we went on a trip and was reading in the car. Look, I was an employee with Northville Car Wash for 3 years. I did every job in the building. From an employee perspective, I will tell you that people who are not happy with this place have completely legit gripes. The owner buses employees in and out from the city of Detroit, who wouldn't otherwise find employment. They are paid in cash, and it was below minimum wage. This is the worst business ever. First, they stole the back seat mats to my brand new Camaro. Then when I complained one manager did offer me 2 free car washes, which didn't nearly equal the amount it cost to replace my mats ($64), but it was an effort. When I went back to get my second free wash the inside wasn't cleaned well at all. I Disagree – I disagree with Hungry Man...Sorry! I have tried this car wash over and over again because we get our oil changed there and get the 'free' coupon. I would rather have a discounted oil change than get the so-called 'free' wash (you know they jack the price up on the oil change to account for the 'free' wash!) Best Full-Service Car Wash Around! – This is a review and a rebuttal to the two previous reviews. First off is you car was not cleaned well I believe they would re-wash and vacuum your vehicle, secondly if it was that back why didn't you take a photo. Worst car wash EVER!!!!! – Everytime I go to Northville car wash, it gets worse!!! They don't clean the inside of your car at all!! I paid $20.99 this time for a platinum wash...thinking they would vacuum and wipe the inside out a little better. Boy was I WRONG!!!!!! If I could take a after picture, and post it...I WOULD!!! Horrible- RUDE OWNER! – I went to the Northville Car Wash today and requested a detailed service. I was told that they don't offer that in the winter but was assured a good wash (inside and out). When I got inside my car, I noticed it was still dirty, I took a towel and started wiping down the inside. There was a gentleman watching me, and I inquired if he was the owner.
