Wow!! This operation is running like a well oiled machine (no pun intended 😁)! The owners are spectacular keeping a stress free environment in the midst of the chaos of customers coming in, others leaving, others paying, and others calling for information. "Mrs. Cool" runs the office and was as cool as a cucumber with all the craziness and was professional and super approachable. While driving to Fla from Ohio the coolant reservoir sprung a leak and I overheated.. They got me in immediately and ordered a new one which was there in15 minutes and the installed it and was out in short order.. Cost was fair and very nice folks!! Thanks Mr. Cool

Moving to Knoxville with an older car from out of state- I knew I would have to find a good reliable mechanic to take my car when the inevitable happens.. And I found just the place! I would highly recommend Mr. Cool! They do great work and it is obvious they really care about their customers. Needless to say- next time my car decides to break down, I’ll be calling Mr. Cool! 5 stars from me!

James and Pamela Brown and their crew took care of our extensive automotive repairs with the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism. All good people there. They care about you and your needs. The service is worth choosing Mr.Cool's. Much cheaper quote and repair than the competitors shop that my fiance vehicle was at. Mr. Cool had it towed to his shop at 2pm and was done by 5pm! We all work hard and need our vehicles, the fact that we saved both time and money has earned my service from here on out. Thank you.

Thank you Mr Cool & gang for your professional & rapid attention to repairing my car. Your staff were courteous & took the time to explain & show me the problems that needed to be addressed. It was nice to feel like a valued customer & not just a rushed number. Also, my car was completed in a few hours not a few days when there was time to work me in!
