I had a large 16TB hard drive go dark on me all of a sudden. The master backup, the Big Kahuna. Most places I went required a minimum deposit of no less than $500 to even look at the drive. Greg ran a full diagnostic to help me better understand what was actually causing my drive to fail and explained to me his process, giving me better information to make a next-step decision with; without breaking the bank either (<$50). Would recommend.

My experience with Greg at Mr. Computer was truly amazing. When I called to arrange to have my son’s PC brought in to troubleshoot an issue I couldn’t describe, Greg first asked me a few questions to ensure I wasn’t wasting my time with some simple user error mistakes. Once we determined that the issue was real, I dropped the PC off and had an initial report back within a few hours. Gregg could not have been MORE helpful and insightful. Thought I fried my gpu, he did some troubleshooting and got right to the bottom of it. Cant reccomend him enough.

A++++! Have used these folks way too many times. ( Have a toddler and clumsy Lol) Always sooo responsive, so fast with the repair service, and best of all, always very reasonable pricing. :) our go to for computer fixes!!!
