Have been coming here every since the place first opened. I get the wash & oil change combo whenever the Durango is due for it. As good a wash as I’ve found.
Got there late - 30 minutes to closing time - and they changed my oil and did emissions testing in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
After 2 bad experiences in a row I won't be going back
Paid for the performance wash and the only thing they did was somewhat vacuum the carpet. My windshield looks worse than when I brought it in; the exterior is covered in water spots that make it look even dirtier than before; they didn't even wipe down the cup holders and gear shift base. Underneath the rugs, around the doors, and the on the actual seats were not even touched and look exactly the same as when I took it in. We typically use just a cheap run through car wash for $7 and have no issues. After a road trip we figured we would splurge and get the car washed and vaccumed out here. When they were finished there were still dead bugs all over the bumper. They used a towel to dry the van and there was towel fuzz everywhere. Also I am not sure what kind of brushes they use for the wash but there were scratches and chips on my paint job that were not there before.
