Horribly expensive and exploitative. They quoted me **many times over** the price of what certain work should have cost AND they informed me that I need serious work done to the cement and stone on my chimney when in fact the stonework on my chimney was expensive and executed well. Every other chimney company said it is in great condition and requires no such work. We hired McCrackin's Mr. Chimney to install a remote ignition for our gas fireplace and to change the log set. Everyone was fabulous, from the staff who handle calls and scheduling, to the folks who performed the work and to Phil himself. We highly recommend this company!!
