Came over to repair a washer that was making a noise, barely looked at it for 15min, told me it would cost $1,500.00 to fix it, charged me $99 for a diagnostic fee. I work long hours and we have kids, can't go without a washer, so I went out and bought a new washer. When the weekend came, I decided to look at the washer and all it was, was a credit card stuck on the drum. They better refund my $99 or I'm suing. Very unqualified and lazy worker.
The repairman went into my rental for a diagnosis and charged my credit card $99 but is not ready to send me a report or speak with me. I cannot contact the tenant that lives in my house but this company is not telling me about the diagnosis. This is unprofessional. I have called 4 times and no response back. They took my email to send me the report but nothing to be found.
I called Mr. Appliance for a repair on my dishwasher. The technician presented me a diagnosis on my dishwasher and gave me the options. We decided to have the dishwasher repaired the following day. The technician was Jeremy Cowan and he communicated well, was prompt and completed a thorough job. I am very satisfied and will give Mr. Appliance return business. I will be requesting Jeremy Cowan for future repairs by Mr. Appliance.
