I do not recommend Mr. Appliance. We had a leak and paid a plumber to come out and find the source. He pinpointed the exact valve that needed replaced on our refrigerator. We scheduled Mr. Appliance to come out and replace the valve, clearing stating when we made the appointment what needed to be replaced. When they arrived, they did not have the replacement part with them and instead charged us $99 to tell us what we had already paid a plumber to tell us: that the valve needed replaced. Very knowledgeable service person, Aaron, quickly diagnosed the problems with my first service call needed on my 2007 washer and dryer. The dryer needed a good cleaning of the air flow system (venting) and the washer needed a pump which he had on hand. Total time about an hour. I will use again.
Came over to repair a washer that was making a noise, barely looked at it for 15min, told me it would cost $1,500.00 to fix it, charged me $99 for a diagnostic fee. I work long hours and we have kids, can't go without a washer, so I went out and bought a new washer. When the weekend came, I decided to look at the washer and all it was, was a credit card stuck on the drum. They better refund my $99 or I'm suing. Very unqualified and lazy worker.
