We called and got a real person on the phone and an appointment scheduled for the next day. The technician, Chris, is amazing! I hope he’s paid extremely well. He is really really friendly, professional, knowledgeable, explains things well, works fast, and he’s a clean guy who doesn’t reek of cigarette smoke. My dryer quit blowing hot air, thinking it was the heating element, my hubby changed it but that did not work. The technician was able to look at the dryer the same day that I called them which was great. The technician was very thorough and the problem was a particular part that was no longer made because the dryer is really old. He said that they could try to fix it but it would cost over $400 so we decided to just purchase a new dryer. My fridge needs its door gasket replaced. I ordered the part online; Mr Appliance came and installed the part, even did quick check up of the fridge itself. Very reasonable and professional. Thank you!
Thanks Tom Miller and Chris the repair man for your careless washer repair! To quote Tom Miller, owner of Mr. Appliance of Northern Indiana “you should be happy you get a new floor”! Beware if this company, franchises of Dwyer Group out if Texas, Tom Miller accepted no responsibility in this 6 room catastrophic loss... expert appliance repair? I think not!
After 3 trips to my house and being told the issue was fixed, I was very disappointed to find that they did not fix my dishwasher. They will now need to come out for a 4th time and either fix it for free and offer a percentage refund for the inconvenience, or a full refund of my money. I will not EVER use this service again or refer any of my family or friends to this company.
I called last thursday to schedule an appointment for service on a 2 month old samsung fridge and it took a few attempts to get it fixed. i realize electronics have stubborn issues sometimes. Yet i also started to get frustrated also. With almost the most inconveinent fridge location for the service tech to deal with and having to come back so many times Mikah was extremely clean and professional each time. Thank you Mr Appliance for getting the job done
Just had my dryer repaired by Eli Schlabach. Fast, friendly and efficient! I am very happy with this service and will keep using it! The person that answered the phone was also very nice. I just love good customer service!
