We have always had a positive experience with Mr. Appliance. So glad they are there for us. Fast, fair and efficient.
We were very happy with the quick response, clearly stated charges and professionalism of the service tech. They also got back to me in a reasonable time regarding an appliance they could not fix with recommendations of who to contact for that particular repair.
Booked appointment online, they called next day and scheduled to come earlier than what was available online. Received a phone call and email (with photo of tech) prior to tech arriving. Fixed quickly and no mess left behind. Service fee was clearly stated while booking appt., (as expected for a service call). Parts and Labor for the repair were fair. Tom's team provides excellent service all around, give them a call.
Joe came and was quick about diagnosing the problem. Simple fix! Will call again when something else breaks.
