Found Ed and his team due to a recall on our Bosch dishwasher. Everything happens for a reason - for me that reason was to have the honor to meet Ed. He did a fantastic job and provided top of the line service. We have since used him for other repairs and have him on speed dial. In addition to be being top notch at his profession, Ed is an awesome person. He really cares about his customers and community and it shows. I highly recommend this small family business. We've been trying to get a replacement part for our Bosch dishwasher since November. At first, they said the part was back ordered and they will contact us when received. We checked with them again via emails in December and January with no response. When I finally called, I was told the part was still on back order; but in checking the actual Bosch website, the parts were available. I informed them of same to no response. If you live in the Leesburg area, Mr. Appliance of Martinsburg/Leesburg should be your first and only call for appliance repair! I am telling you, these guys know customer service. They are owner/operators of their own Mr. Appliance Franchise and are experts in their field. We had a new dishwasher that was installed improperly causing an electrical fire.
