RecommendedMr. Appliance was awesome! It was easy to book the appointment on their website and I was able to get an appointment as soon as two days later! The technician was awesome and fixed our washing machine!
I am always happy with their professionalism and knowledge of the appliances. I also feel that there is no up selling or additional charges. On one occasion the fix was so simple that he didn’t even charge me. If I could change one thing, I do wish they would call and or text me 15 to 30 minutes before they arrive. I had a five hour window with no idea when they were going to show up until the doorbell rang.

Mr. Appliance was very responsive with my Facebook messages and I was able to easily schedule an appointment online (thanks! hate talking on the phone). Ed came and confirmed the problem, gave me a quote, and then had to get the right part for my fridge. A few days later, he came back to fix the problem and I now have a working ice machine again! I appreciated that Ed was early and completed the work quickly.

Prompt response and arrival, courteous, Josh was patient and gave a thorough explanation of issue and options for repair without pressure, reasonable pricing, will definitely use again if we need appliance repair!
Ed was very knowledgable, personable, professional, and polite. He answered all my questions and fixed our refrigerator.

Our technician, Jason, was very personable and went above and beyond to ensure that he solved the problem with our dryer. Mr. Appliance had someone out to assess our issue immediately and scheduled the appointment to fix our dryer as soon as the correct parts came in. We were very pleased with our service and highly recommend Mr. Appliance, and especially Jason, to anyone who is in need of appliance repair!
