Paul did a fantastic job and was extremely courteous.
Paul, from Mr. Appliance of Knoxville, was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. He did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my Frigidaire refrigerator and promptly fixed the problem. I will definitely recommend Mr. Appliance of Knoxville to my friends in Dandridge and Jefferson City.
Our approx 10yr old GE refrigerator started leaking water under the deli tray and freezing. We called and nice guy came out and supposedly fixed and we paid for service. Few months later same problem started again and we called and same nice guy came back out and was honest saying he probably didn't go far enough into tubing, etc and that it was his fault and apologized it was not fixed correctly 1st visit. I had Mr. Appliance out to evaluate and repair a refrigerator. I was told it the refrigerator would not cool due to Icemaker coil swelling and it would let the door close. Enough said and i paid the estimate of $380. Mr. Appliance came back and completed the repair and when I asked about the freezer temp the repairman stated he did not check that because he assumed it was related to the other issue. responsive, efficient, professional and reasonably priced.. So glad I found them, and will be using them in the future for any appliance repair needs.
They were very professional in all aspects of the service call.
My appliances are starting to show their age. Mr. Appliance's technician Paul has been to my home to fix three of my appliances so far. Amber who answers the phone is also incredibly sweet and efficient. I give this company 5🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
